Priority 1:
The Cross/Tesco Extra - Football and Juvenile nuisance in the area - Evenings and weekends
 
Priority 2:
McDonalds/Churchill Way/Chapel Brow area - Underage drinking and Anti-social behaviour in the area - Evenings and weekends
 
Priority 3:
Turpin Green Lane, Zebra Crossing - Speeding vehicles not stopping at the zebra crossing for residents crossing the road
Priority 1:

You said:
McDonalds/Churchill Way and surrounding areas - Anti-social behaviour and vehicle nuisance

We did: High visibility patrols at key times in the area - CCTV used to monitor groups of youths in the area - Youth Referrals issued when needed in the area - Some youths taken home regarding behaviour and spoken to in front of parenrs - Alcohol seized from underage drinkers in the area.

As a result: Decrease in calls to the police - Continuing to monitor

You said: Leyland Cross / Tesco - Juvenile & Football Nuisance

We did: High visibility mobile and foot patrols targeting groups of youths causing problems in the area - Alcohol seized from groups of underage drinkers - Footballs seized and taken back to the police station to be collected at a later date - Advised groups not to be riding bikes or skating on the footpaths in the area.

As a result: Decrease in calls to the police - Continuing to monitor

We did: High visibility patrols in the evenings when most of the calls were received which resulted in no further incidents being reported
